Where is your store Rustic Phoenix located?
We are located in the heart of Downtown Zebulon in Wake County North Carolina on the corner of E Vance Street and Arendell Avenue with PLENTY of street parking and free public parking available.

Are you hiring at Rustic Phoenix?
Our local mercantile storefront shop will be occasionally hiring part time store workers BUT at the moment we are not hiring. We hope you apply when we begin accepting part time applications again. Follow our social media accounts @rusticphoenixshop for the latest hiring information as we post it.

What will the Rustic Phoenix store hours be?
Tuesday-Friday 12PM-6PM and on Saturday 10AM-4PM. At the moment, we will normally be closed on Sundays and Mondays to spend time with our family and unwind from the business life but will post an update if anything changes! We will also have special holiday hours so make sure you're following our social media for the best up to date store hours and other important info.

Which methods of payments can I use at Rustic Phoenix?
Our local mercantile accepts cash and all major debit or credit cards via our Square merchant POS system. No checks will be accepted at this time. Because of the pandemic, we highly recommend using a card when you come in but we will not turn down cash.
We also accept Google Pay and Apple Pay (Tap to pay) forms of payment.
We now also accept Afterpay with our tap to pay register. Just open the Afterpay app and use it to tap to pay when checking out. Minimum purchase amount required.

Will you carry gift cards?
Yes! You can get a cool Rustic Phoenix gift card for any amount once we open our local mercantile shop.

Is Rustic Phoenix a small business or big chain?
We are 100% a small local business that will be carrying handcrafted and handmade local items from local North Carolina artisans and also other small businesses right outside of NC! We have a big box look but a small business structure. Come in and shop local! WE ARE A LOCAL MERCANTILE. Think high end gift shop.

What exactly is your store, Rustic Phoenix?
If you haven't picked up on it yet, we are a local mercantile with a new aged vibe. We will be carrying handcrafted and handmade NC items like charcuterie boards, luxury soaps, bath bombs, sugar scrubs, candles, blankets, home décor, signs, unique finds, greeting cards, gourmet candy, air plants, quirky funny gifts, locally roasted coffee beans and more. There will be something for everyone so come in and look around! We're also your local holiday shopping headquarters

Will you have sales and discounts at Rustic Phoenix?
From time to time, our local mercantile will have sales going on but for now we will be selling our custom Rustic Phoenix gray tote bag for $8.99 and if you purchase one, you will receive 10% your entire purchase every time you come back in with our bag. We are a high end local mercantile so we do not offer any other kind of discounts at this time which is how we support so many amazing local artisans in the area. This also helps us all save on paper so it's a win win!
